Meet the founder

Mr. Manish Malhotra is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the fields of audit, taxation, and law. He became a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) in 2010 and was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2011. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)  and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University (2007).

With a wealth of experience in auditing and taxation, including expertise in foreign taxation, Mr. Malhotra has developed a deep specialization in a variety of audit services.
Mr. Malhotra also holds a certification in the Right to Information Act, 2005 from the Center for Good Governance, Government of India, Hyderabad. His comprehensive understanding of business environments, coupled with his strong background in finance and accounting, has enabled him to effectively specialize in conducting statutory audits for companies.

In addition, he has had notable associations with prominent organizations. In 2012, he collaborated with NIIT and was appointed as a Certified Tax Return Preparer (TRP) Trainer for the Income Tax Department of the Government of India. He was also selected as an Election Commission of India (ECI) Trainer for the Election Commission Return Preparer (ECRP) in 2015.
