Meet the founder

Mr. Manish Malhotra was enrolled as a member of ICWAI in 2010 and enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2011. He graduated from Delhi University in 2007.  He has more than 10 years experience.  

He also have rich experience to in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Co-operative societies audit of various PSU, Government and Autonomous bodies like Handloom and Handicraft Export Corporation of India Ltd (HHEC), Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) and some private companies, Pawan Hans Helicopter Ltd (PHHL), Delhi Public Library (DPL) etc.

He also has Certification on ‘Right To Information Act, 2005’ from Center of Good Governance, Government of India, Hyderabad. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies.

In 2012 He was in association with NIIT, had been elected as certified TRP Trainer of Income Tax Department, Government of India, and also had been elected as ECRP Trainer, For Election Commission of India in 2015.

He has rich knowledge of Service Tax in the area of Indirect Taxes. He also has rich experience to handle assessment cases.
